This review is as much for the lovely people who work at BBS than the flowers themselves (which were also lovely btw). I needed to make a late change to my order close to the delivery date and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They answered the phone right away and were happy to make any changes that were requested. They also texted to confirm that my gift flowers were delivered on the date requested. WILL BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN FOR SURE!
